So glad that all the welding cable near in our house was already picked up by the cable company this morning because its so nasty looking in our yard. Well they were working with the cable line in our area so its understandable that all their stuffs were laying everywhere for two consecutive days. Good thing that they done their job early today so they have time to clean and clear the area before they were leave for another assignments.I went outside late this afternoon and they were doing a good job by clearing the area that gives me peace and worry free.

My 16 years old Nephew is really good strumming his guitar that I bought 2 years ago lately. He was one of the Church Band so he really doing well playing the guitar. I am so jealous because at my age I really dont know how to play the guitar LOL. I think its not too late because there is available guitar lessons online so its easier for me to learn quickly. Well, hoping my determination will kick me and start enrolling guitar lesson online so that I can strumming the guitar like a PRO hahaha.Watch out my dear Nephew we will going to have a concert in Grandma's living room when we are going home this year LOL.

Back Surgery is the Option

My Mother in Law have a bad back pain lately. Might be the cold season or she just really have a problem with her back. Well see, we are going to see a Doctor on Friday and hoping he will prescribe a medicine to ease the pain or else she might be consider to have a back surgery too soon. Good thing that Mom is already have a Health insurance starting this month so she is covered for hospital expenses as well the medicines. Now we have to wait for the Doctor advice before we are going to decide whats the next step.

Back home then I remembered when my Mother cook very often this dish because its not too expensive that fits the family budget. Its kinda gross looking because of the squid ink but its yummy especially the head and testicles parts lol. Good thing that the Asian store sells squids in a pack so I immediately grabbed a pack and cook for dinner. Hubby is not a fan but hey I just want to satisfied my cravings so I just cook him a typical American food while I am eating my braised squid with a steam rice...so yummy!

I have to talk to my husband this weekend because my best friend back home have a contact with her neighbor that they are going to sell a front beach property in Samal Island which is nearer to our place where I grew up. I know my husband enjoys in the beach so this is a perfect piece of land to put up our vacation house. Its so expensive to visit home and staying in the hotel for a month so we are really looking forward to have a small place back home. Well hubby really want to retire for good in my place so this is a perfect time to buy a land. If this is going to push through then I am personally do the detailed of the proposed house including a swimming pool well with a pool safety net is a must because I have a little Nieces with us. Well see cross fingers if not then its not really meant to be but if everything will settle down then I am a happy camper you bet.

Oh yeah this is comforting food for cold weather that we have right now. Its snow Sunday and we are still laying in the bed with empty stomach lol. We have a tasks to get it done today but hey its Sunday so we better to take our time and just be lazy the whole day lol. I am really craving for Bulalo a Pork stew with tons of veges on it plus a steam rice on the side lol. The whole family attended the Christmas party in my Aunts vacation house in Samal,Philippines. I saw the pictures of my Nieces and Nephews that they were really enjoyed swimming at the beach at the front of the place. When we went back home last year it was still under construction but its finally done and my Aunt really loves the outcome. Well she was already retired and she deserves to have a beautiful place of all the hard worked when she was still young. Good thing that she decided to put up a clawfoot tub at the masters bathroom to make her relax while watching the front view. Soon if we are going to visit home we are going to visit her place for sure my husband will going to love the place especially its beach front property.

They says we have to buy silver coins for good investments but this time we are still undecided if we have to push through or just saving money on the bank than any other investments. At the other hand we are really happy that our friend have a good investments with his silver coins lately. Oh well good for him but since the Economy is still unstable we better save our money direct to our savings account so that we have a cash if we decided to move for good back home.

Gosh its so yummy but my goodness it really ruined my diet after few bites lol. Its quite a while that Ive never eaten this dish because its quite rare to buy a belly pork here. Good thing there is a special cut at Asian store so we bought the belly pork although its quite expensive compared to a lean meat. Im still have one package left in the fridge and I think we are going to visit the Asian store this weekend to store some pork belly in the freezer.

Its snowing like crazy tonight and I am missing the tropical weather because I am freezing to death at this moment lol. Hoping we are flying back home to spend Christmas this year but nah... weve been flew for vacation for 2 consecutive years so its about time to stay at home and save some bucks lol. This year my husband bought a four wheeler for hunting purposes. It was already sealed and stored in safe place for Winter season. Good thing that our boat was already covered properly so we are so ready for snowing non stop this Season. If we have a motor home then I really don't know where we are going to store it or else it might be going to park in the front of the house and hopefully we don't have any problem with motorhome repair if that is the case lol. Hoping the days will going to slip away and Spring season is finally here to get rid of cold and snowy weather.

Out of 89 contestants I am so pleased that she was the top one of online ranking and top two of both swimsuit and long gown competition. I thought that she was reign the Miss Universe this year but unfortunately Miss Angola bagged the crowd. Its gonna be a long weekend and my dear husband been very happy about it LOL. We started the day by cleaning and mowing his friend's mama house because we used to put our trailer in the garage so we decided to cleaned up the whole yard before the Winter comes. Oh nobody live there since the whole family decided to moved in New York except for Arthur my husband's friend. He just love being away from a big city and staying alone with his big and acre of land. He offered the house of his Mom to us for free but we insisted because we have our own place and we dont want to take advantage of Arthur's good heart. We went to the hospital yesterday for my husband's 3 months medical check up. I was then in the lobby waiting for him at Doctors office while I keep myself busy looking around the premises because its been a while that we went back here. There a lot of changes in the buildings and I could notice that the medical computer carts in one of the rooms are ready to distribute in the hospital rooms and I was amazed with their high technology medical equipments to save lives. I am craving for Filipino foods lately so when I received the ice wrappers that my Sister sent last month so I immediately made my own version of ice candy. Oh I vividly remember when I was still young that I am helping my Mother made an ice candy for an extra income. Nicole will going to graduate this coming Monday March 28th as the class Valedictorian in Kinder 2 while Mikee was the First Honor in Kinder 1 this year . We are coming from a small family and I have only 4 pamangkin and being accelerated at their classes made me more proud of their recent accomplishments.
